We currently manage multiple forms and surveys that require identical Terms & Conditions and consent language.

At the moment, the T&C block must be manually edited in every form, which creates unnecessary rework and introduces risk of inconsistent legal copy when updates are needed. Duplicating forms works as a workaround, but it’s not scalable or governance-friendly.

Feature request:

It would be extremely valuable to have one of the following:

A reusable T&C block that can be saved and selected when creating new forms

Or a globally managed T&C block, where changes made in one place propagate across all forms

This would significantly improve compliance, reduce errors, and streamline form management for agencies managing multiple assets.
