We want the ability with a form to be able to:

Search Field

1) Query an external api for a search and when an option is chosen it becomes the result of that field.

Dynamic Options

2) Query an API to return specific option choices for a field. This means we can dynamically add/remove fields to align with other systems.

The tooling for this is available in marketplace custom applications for custom field results inside workflow actions. We want to extend that to forms so we can help integrate better with other systems that need very specific data. Constantly updating form fields with these other systems fields is tedious and easy to break data integrity.
