Form Conditional Logic to pre-qualify Calendar Appointments
Jeremy Maher
This is important feature. Please consider soon.

I just tried this with a Calendar form with a test Radio custom field, set the route in the logic to temp URL. The re-route worked, however, the appointment was still made.
What I'm think as a work around is add an automation that removes the lead from the calendar based on the form answer. So if No, remove from Calendar etc.
Another thing we do is put a form with the questions before the calendar on another page, so Booking Form Page > Calendar Page etc. It does create drag depending on the leads.

Smart. So you're using the custom field within the if/else action to filter out the unqualified leads?

Anthony Cisinsky Correct. The condition routes them to disqualified page or to a booking page with the calendar depending on their selection.
It would be nice if we could choose the Calendar form order so that we don't have to do this with two website/funnel pages.

I would consider this a bug. But that’s mee.
Please make this a priority. We need to qualify meetings and events attendees, and currrently that’s not possible.

yes please

We definitely need this. I can't understand why it isn't available. What's the point of the feature if it won't work with calendars?

no one seems to be voting for this. I am curious as to how they pre-qualify before booking.

This is a great idea!! I used to love this feature in Calendly to be able to qualify leads before they were able to access the booking calendar. If they answered the way I wanted, they got the calendar, if they were disqualified, they got a kinda ‘not eligible for a call but here’s this free download’ message.
