For the survey and form notification we need custom values to work in the Email (To)* field so that we can have the notification send to the assigned user instead of needing to enter in all of the emails addresses it needs to send to manually.

Currently you can enter in the custom value for {{user.email}} but it doesn't send the notification.

It works in the Reply To email for the contact email but not in the Email (to) field for the notification to the user
