I want to clarify that I am NOT looking for a workflow where a client submits a form and an automation later generates or emails a contract to them.

I am trying to create a real-time, single-session booking and checkout experience directly on a webpage or funnel.

The client should be able to enter their information and make selections, such as:

• Name, email, and phone number

• Select the service they want from available options

• Select any relevant service options or upgrades

• Choose an available date and time

While the client is still actively on the webpage and moving through the booking process, I want the information they entered or selected to dynamically populate the contract in real time.

The desired client experience is:

Enter Information / Select Service → Choose Date & Time → Review a Contract Already Populated With Their Information and Selections → Sign the Contract → Pay

This should all happen during the same continuous client session.

I do NOT want the initial form, survey, or quiz submission to trigger an automation that emails the client a contract and requires them to leave the booking experience, check their email, open a separate document, sign it, and then return or wait for another step.

For example, if a client enters their name as John Smith, selects a Headshot Session, chooses July 15 at 2:00 PM, and selects a specific package or upgrade, when they advance to the contract step, the contract should already display:

Client: John Smith

Service: Headshot Session

Session Date: July 15

Session Time: 2:00 PM

Selected Package/Options: [Client's selections]

The client should then immediately review and electronically sign that populated contract and continue directly to payment without leaving the webpage or booking flow.

My question is: Can HighLevel currently create this type of real-time, multi-step booking flow where data entered earlier in the client session dynamically populates a Contract/Document before the initial form or booking process is fully completed?

I am open to using a Form, Survey, Quiz, Funnel, Calendar, Order Form, Contract/Document, or another HighLevel feature. I am specifically trying to determine whether HighLevel can pass client-entered data between steps in real time and dynamically render that data inside a contract during the same active web session.

If this is possible, what is the recommended native setup?

If it is not currently supported natively, is there a supported method using custom JavaScript, API calls, webhooks, or another integration that would allow this experience to remain on the webpage and occur in one continuous client session?
