Solution would look like a tab on the right where things like appointments and notes live. One for Form Submission would be there with the submissions from the contact.
Another great addition to this would be to add form submissions directly to the conversations tab for easy reference.

Sad how poorly form submissions integrate with highlevel CRM. Form submissions are as valuable as phone calls for leads. The fact they can't go to conversations or that we can't report on them is so annoying. They're tucked away under Sites -> forms -> Submissions. Whyyyyyy????
