Change Date Picker Formatting to MM-DD-YYYY

Sales & Marketing We really need the updated format to appear when custom fields are added to emails so that when we send an email with that date it reflects the correct format. Currently it still always defaults to YYYY-MM-DD

I am facing the same issue, and it's becoming increasingly clear that our clients are not satisfied with the current situation. They prefer the dates to be in the DD/MM/YYYY format, which is more familiar and understandable in their context. I hate that this is a thing. 😆
YYYY-MM-DD is the international standard format. The American format doesn’t make sense. (I am American.) 
If anything, we should have the ability to extract year, month, and day as independent data objects so I can send content like, “It’s November, your birthday month!”

Currently the DOB option for a contact is only available in Month/Day/Year format. However many countries list their dates as Day/Month/Year.It would be great if this feature was a default selection when you set a sub account's address, the same as a sub account automatically picks your time zone. The DOB is very confusing for clients if it's in the wrong format.

Yes, this would be great if we could add the formatting either manually like {{contact.class_start_date %d-%m-%Y}} or from a pre-formatted list

Please allow us to configure this even further.
I don't really mind how dates look in the back end, but in forms, I want selected dates to show as:
dddd, Do MMMM YYYY
(eg Thursday, 5th October 2023)

Provide option for day and month only. Many people don't want to share their age so allow option to leave off year.
