Better forms: multi-page forms, icons, more design optios

- Allow forms to have multiple pages to step through. Each step can have multiple fields/questions.
- Allow forms to have icons as select options. See screenshot.
- Add a progress bar so the user can visually see how much completed and how much left to complete.

I completely agree. At the moment, forms are very limited. If you want a proper multi-step form, you’re forced to use Quizzes as a workaround, when multi-step forms should be a core feature.
Forms are one of the most important parts of any online business. They’re often the first interaction a potential customer has with your brand, so they should be engaging, visually appealing and designed to maximise conversions.
I’d love to see a modern form builder with support for images, icons, conditional logic, progress indicators, calculations, dynamic pricing and interactive layouts. The experience should feel enjoyable rather than just filling in boxes.
For example, we sell bespoke products. We’d like to guide customers through a series of options, collecting their contact details while allowing them to select upgrades, optional extras, specifications and preferences. At the end, they could receive an estimated price or tailored proposal, with all of that information passed directly into the CRM.
The current form builder simply doesn’t offer enough flexibility for businesses that sell customised products or services. It feels like an area where GHL could really lead the market.

A multi-step form similar to getleadforms.com with conditional logic and customization, like the attachments to this post, would be ideal.

Very much need this. We have some super long forms and need to be able to break them up. Have to rely on third party form builders right now.

Yes I agree with this, we need multi-step and partial responses capture

Forms need pages, breaks, and conditional logic that WORKS! Presently, conditional logic is only available for questions that have a text answer; I need it to work on drop-downs, check boxes, and any type of form answer!

Being able to add a Page Break to the form, so that it looks multi-step on the front end would be very helpful. Having a status indicator like the image shown would be even better. Gravity Forms has many features like this with their base product. It would be great to see many of the functions that Gravity Forms has and even the Gravity Wiz addon products to the Form Builder.

For anyone who wants to squash all form spam, if you enable the "Validate Phone" setting if you're collecting someone's phone number, it gets rid of all form spam. You'll only get real people after.
There are downsides to that though depending on what you're doing, that's the best current work around I've found for this issue
