Allow Pricing Options to be Selected on Forms with "Sell Products"

Christina "Blue" Hooper
I have a product with two pricing options - weekly and monthly - and I wanted to use a Sites>Form with the Sell Product element on it since those forms are cleaner than product forms, but it doesn't allow me to present both pricing options for them to choose from.

HighLevel has this functionality on funnels, so I feel this may have been overlooked for the Forms feature and should be a straightforward fix. (i.e To select different pricing options for the same product on a form)
Why we need this:
When a client purchases a subscription, their receipt only includes the information collected during checkout. If we add their company details (Company Name, VAT number, etc.) for tax purposes after the subscription has been created, future receipts don't pull this information through. This means we have to manually update each and every receipt going forward.
Currently, the only way to get the correct info to appear on receipts is by cancelling the client's subscription and re-subscribing them - which is a major headache.
The workaround that should work (but doesn't):
If we could collect company information at the time of subscription using a custom form, this would solve the problem entirely. However, we can't use this workaround because Forms with the Sell Product element don't allow us to display different pricing options for a single product. This makes creating a custom form redundant, as I can't create a form that displays only the monthly pricing option and then another form displaying only the Annual pricing option.
Request:
Please add the ability to select from the different pricing options when using the Sell Product element on Forms, just like the functionality that already exists on Funnels.
The video attached shows:
a. The product with 2 different pricing options.
b. The fact that we are able to select the different pricing option in funnels
c. In forms we aren's given the option to select which pricing option (the functionality that we have in funnels)

When selling something via form, we should also be able to FORCE the pricing model and not have the user "select plan"
