If you need to have one T&C be required and one optional, it is currently not possible. It either has to be all required or none are required to check before submitting. This doesn't work well if you have a required checkbox for reading a privacy policy, but you want to provide the optional SMS opt in.

I would like to be able to put more than one email field on a form. Same goes for name and phone. Currently it only lets me put one. That, or allow more types of custom fields where we can specify a custom field that should validate for email or phone. It would give us more flexibility with our forms and data capture.
