Currently, when selecting to use the multi-dropdown tool, you're required to enter every option you want available. This can be problematic for lists that are exceptionally long but simply have options for selecting something like "Company Name".

For example, the "Company" field is currently a freeform box, which creates duplicate companies if one person enters "John's Plumbing" and the other enters "John's Plumbing Service".

If we could simply select "pull list from companies" and it automatically populates the options, this would be a great solution.
