Allow Automation to set Tags

If I have a form and people respond to answers, I need to be able to have an automation see the checkboxes and assign a tag accordingly to segment the person. So if they ck 3 boxes as "true" for them I could assign the to 3 different tags.

But the thing is, even though we CAN do this through workflows it's EXTREMELY time consuming. Because the If/Else action only runs for 1 path, even if multiple conditions are true. So if I want, for example, to set email preferences for a contact (or allow them to choose what kinds of emails they want to receive) I have to do an If/Else path for EACH unique checkbox combination. Just 3 checkbox items means I have to do 8 branches...

You could just have a workflow trigger on the form submission, look at the related contact field and then assign a tag if a certain value. All evaluations could occur in one workflow as a linear path.
