As a lead generator, I do not always need to get a phone number approved for texting within individual sub accounts because the client is will never send texts. However in order for sub accounts to use 2FA Phone Verification on forms, they must have a phone number A2P10DLC approved or else the 2FA service does not work.

It would be great to have a dedicated agency phone number that can be used for 2FA Phone Verification on all sub accounts if the sub account does not have an A2P approved phone number. This would allow better quality leads without forcing the client into register for A2P (not everyone is able to)
