all form builders have an element to upload files. Also would be great to integrate w google drive so we can route uploaded files to whatever folder we want and have each form be able to upload to google drive folder of choice

This feature would be extremely valuable, especially if it also supports Custom Objects and unique folders per form submission.
For field-service businesses such as cleaning companies, contractors, HVAC, plumbing, property management, inspections, and maintenance, the same contact/employee may submit the same form many times.
Ideally, each submission could:
- Automatically create a unique Google Drive/OneDrive folder using merge fields and/or the Submission/Custom Object Record ID.
- Upload all photos, videos, PDFs, and other files from that submission directly into that folder.
- Save the generated folder URL back to the specific Custom Object record or form submission.
- Support multiple submissions from the same Contact without mixing files between submissions.
Example:
Contact → Site Visit Custom Object → GPS/Visit Details → Unique Drive Folder → Photos & Documents
This would also help businesses that need employees to upload many before/after photos or larger files without relying entirely on HighLevel file storage.
Supporting Google Drive and OneDrive would make this extremely useful for field-service and job-documentation workflows.

This needs to be handled at the upload level. iPhone users commonly upload HEIC/Live Photo files, and right now they are seeing "invalid file format." Asking users to disable Live Photos or change camera settings creates too much friction and will hurt form completion. The form should accept HEIC/HEIF.

One enhancement that would greatly streamline our workflow is a native Google Drive integration inside GHL forms. Instead of uploading large assets directly, clients could attach files or entire folders from their Drive accounts via a picker. The files (or shared‑link references) would then be saved to the contact record and remain accessible within the CRM.
Benefits:
Eliminates size constraints and time‑outs when handling high‑resolution images, videos, or PDFs.
Keeps all project materials linked to the lead/contact, reducing reliance on external tools.
Improves collaboration—teams can comment or update Drive files without breaking the CRM link.
We’d gladly provide use‑case details or join a beta if this feature moves forward.

Apple phones natively use HEIF or HEIC image file types which take up about 1/2 the space as .jpg files. Implementing this would if nothing else save server space.
Use Case: Worker in the field preparing a quote uploads images and other data via a GHL form. That form becomes part of the contact's record.
As it is now, Apple users either can't upload any images or have to change their native image type to something that takes up more space.

GHL Admin is this coming? feels like a relataively simple yet high-impact move in a world where most people take pics to post with iphones that save as HEIC files when transferred to laptop as HEIC files.

Hard to believe that GHL hasn't added HEIC support yet. We ask leads, prospects & customers to upload pictures to a web formiPhones, but GHL does not accept HEIC from iphones. That is over half of the American market.GHL hasn't added HEIC support

We also need the ability to add this file type to emails as well. When HEIC is uploaded to emails via the web, it doesn't work at all. When it gets uploaded via an iPhone, it converts it to a link.
