Troubleshoot Go High Level & Instagram Integration

Please I need help on this Integration by connecting Instagram with go high-level while I have already connect my Facebook and Instagram together but whenever I said I want to it together it showing only Facebook message when someone message me through Instagram it's only show Facebook message Please do something on it I have being message you guy's for a while now

The Instagram messages should show up in conversations once connected properly. Try disconnecting both FB and IG from the social planner, then reconnect Instagram first, then Facebook. Sometimes the order matters with Meta's API.
