HighLevel's Instagram Interactive Messenger action currently limits messages to 2 button-style options.

We are migrating our Instagram automations from ManyChat to HighLevel, and ManyChat currently supports 3 or more native button-style options in a single Instagram message on the same Instagram account.

Quick Replies are not an equivalent solution for us because they have a different appearance and interaction style.

We need HighLevel to support 3+ native button-style options in Instagram Interactive Messenger so existing ManyChat workflows can be migrated without redesigning the user experience.

HighLevel Support ticket #6412102 has already reviewed this case. Support confirmed that the 2-button limit appears to be a HighLevel-side limitation rather than an Instagram API restriction.
