Currently, GoHighLevel does not support the One-Time Notification (OTN) feature for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM. This creates a significant limitation for agencies and sub-accounts trying to follow up with leads outside the standard 24-hour messaging window compliance rule set by Meta.Without OTN, we cannot legally send promotional updates, product launches, or event reminders to users who explicitly want to receive them later, forcing us to rely only on SMS or Email.

Requested Feature:OTN Request Trigger: Ability to send an official Meta OTN request block inside the Workflow Builder for Messenger and Instagram.OTN Token Storage: Automatically capture and store the approved OTN token in the contact profile once the user clicks "Notify Me".OTN Workflow Action: A new workflow action to "Send Message via OTN token" to safely message the user outside the 24-hour window.

Why this is important:This feature will prevent page bans by ensuring strict compliance with Meta’s policies, increase conversational conversion rates, and put GHL on par with other specialized chatbot platforms.
