In ManyChat you can "check to see if a contact is a follower" on your IG.
Use Case: A DM Automation that offers a freebie for followers. If a contact comments a keyword but isn't following your IG profile, you could have a branch that DMs them a CTA to follow if they want the free thing you're offering.

This will output as Yes or No to decide on the next step of action.
