Currently, mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and carrier anti-spam filters often perform background fetches on links inside text messages to generate link preview thumbnails or scan for security risks.
When this happens, GoHighLevel logs the event as a human "Trigger Link Visited" / "Trigger Link Clicked," which inadvertently fires automated workflows even when the contact never touched the link.
Requested Feature:
Implement User-Agent filtering or Bot Detection specifically for SMS Trigger Links (similar to the Bot Detection setting available for emails). The system should filter out automated preview fetches and security crawlers, ensuring workflows are only triggered when an actual human opens the link in a real mobile browser.
