Unable to move or add elements to email builder

Multiple locations and sub users including agency account admin are unable to add elements to the email builder or move elements on the email builder, especially with google chrome.
We've cleared cache and cookies but the issue pursuits. We've used Safari and have had some luck but some users report that Safari also no longer works for adding or moving elements inside the email builder.
We've tried contacting support multiple times but their feedback is always that they aren't having the same issue or to clear cache which does not resolve the problem.

I've had that with a couple of my clients too - always Mac users. They have tried different browsers but the problem remains.

I too have this issue. I tested all my extensions and found the chatgpt extension was causing it to not work. If I disable that ext I can add elements, as soon as I enable it, I cannot. Hope that helps.

Marvin Eckert: Do you have extensions in browser or custom CSS added to the subaccount?
If it is yes, please disable them while using Email Builder. This is the major reason for builder drag and drop issue.

Pooja S: No extensions in browser, but custom CSS of course. I have custom CSS in the agency account, but not in the Sub Account im trying to get the Email Builder to work. Hope this will be fixed soon!?
