Unable to move or add elements to email builder

Multiple locations and sub users including agency account admin are unable to add elements to the email builder or move elements on the email builder, especially with google chrome.
We've cleared cache and cookies but the issue pursuits. We've used Safari and have had some luck but some users report that Safari also no longer works for adding or moving elements inside the email builder.
We've tried contacting support multiple times but their feedback is always that they aren't having the same issue or to clear cache which does not resolve the problem.

I found that my Mac has an issue with Chrome but I tried Firefox and it let me drag and drop.

I have a client that's also having this issue. She's a Mac user, tried clearing cookies/cache, disabled extensions and its still having problems.

This is now fixed for Template builder under email marketing, in future you would also be able to see the same smooth behaviour in campaign builder.

When we first got into High Level a few months ago I could do this but as of about a month ago I've completely lost the ability to drag and drop ANY elements for the email builder. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

First line of defense I would try is your popup blocker. Normally that can cause errors on website and after I allowed access it was working.
