Many businesses receive high-intent enquiries via third-party portals that do not support direct integrations. A common example is buyer enquiries sent from realestate.com.au, which arrive as brand new inbound emails rather than replies.
HighLevel currently does not provide a native trigger for new inbound emails from specific senders. Adding a trigger such as “New inbound email received” with optional sender filtering would allow users to automatically create or update contacts, apply tags, and trigger workflows without relying on external tools or direct email integrations.
This would significantly improve automation for industries like real estate, recruitment, and professional services where enquiries often arrive via external portals.
