Save Multiple Elements as Sections in Email Templates

I would like to be able to Save several Elements as a Section.
For example, I have text, a button and a horizontal rule all saved out as separate elements and then have to add all those individual elements separately to each email template in order to get the section that I want.
Being able to save the elements is great - just please increase the functionality of this service.

You can already click on a section and then save it.

Sales & Marketing - Okay so then maybe I should ask - how do I add a button to my text block so it's in one section? The text block and the button seem to be individual elements that I can save out separately but not together as a 'section' .... Looking at it now - It appears as though I have to use a LAYOUT in order to make what I'm calling a SECTION (as opposed to an Element) - I actually hadn't even seen that option before.
