Having to update email templates part of specific workflows tens to be a really long process. It requires a lot of researching to be done.
For example, when my clients ask me "how can I see what is being sent?". I need to tell them they can't opens and view the email template from insider the workflow. They have to separately search for that email, inside Email Builder.
If Highlevel allowed the option to edit email templates from inside the Workflow, this would speed up the our work 10X.
I waste way to much time searching for email templates that are part of specific workflows.
For my business, Email, Text and Voicemail follow ups are my bread and butter. Enabling us to really improve greatly on this, will help us take our business to the next level.
