My client runs a group that has bi-weekly meetings on Mondays. I have tried so many different ways to make a recurring email reminder for this particular event to take it out of our hands to avoid human error while scheduling these once a month.

It would be nice to make a workflow for this with a 14 day/2 week wait step, but incoming members to the group wouldn't always fall in line at the correct times in the workflow, they might join on an off week and then would be out of synch. I've tried many ways...

It's not something the scheduler or calendar alone can be used for because the meeting isn't an appointment it's just a group discussing we send a zoom out for.
