Email "Seen" tracking in client list.

My former platform shows "Seen" under each email sent out by the system that has was opened by the recipient/prospect. It is right in the contact page in the "sms, email, vm feed panel." Also, this information might fit in nicely within the "Activity Panel" as well. That way you could see which email they clicked on and viewed, what the date was, and where they went on the site next. This is powerful knowledge when placing manual phone calls and knowing who is engaged with the content and who may be a fake lead all-together. I realize there is a way to view this info in the campaign area, but that is crazy time consuming to find on a lead by lead basis.

It would also be helpful if we could then make a condition based on this in automation so that if someone opened or saw something that you could decide what to do with them.
Similarly email opened would be very helpful. That was you can keep your email list clean. For example, in ActiveCampaign I can set it up so that if someone hasn't opened an email in X number of days that I send them to a re-engagement campaign. If they don't re-engage then I remove them from my list.
As it stands right now I can only do this for replies which is a very high metric. I don't know why I can't filter when someone has opened and email from the automations right now.

Like Rebecca Walker, I have been using Active Campaign for 10 years and love being able to see when someone opens an email, and how many times they have opened it. I also like seeing that they clicked on a link, and where that link took them so I can anticipate their curiosity and answer their questions.
