Conditional Sending Based on Tags

Right now the conditional sending feature allows you to include specific elements in the email based on the values of custom fields. A much broader use of this would be to base content being included on tags.
This would allow us to include particular blocks based on whether the contact has or does not have particular tag(s).

Conditional Sending needs more Conditions

The Conditional Sending feature is excellent, but it would significantly benefit from allowing multiple conditions. For example, I have a real estate client who wants to automate sending emails based on detailed custom fields, such as targeting clients interested in properties from a particular location within a specific price range. Expanding the feature to support multiple simultaneous conditions (e.g., Location = “London” AND Price < “£500,000”) would significantly enhance targeting precision and marketing effectiveness.

Exclude Tags

In the email campaigns there is not a way to set tags to exclude from the campaign. Sometimes there are tags we want to send an email to but not if they have specific tags

This is soooo needed. It's such a pain having to create separate temporary Smartlists that clutter our system, just to accomplish this.

100% agreed. Multiple conditions with AND/OR switches, "is empty/not empty", "contains" operator for strings, less/greater than for numbers, "any of" options for select fields.

Yes! At the very least, it would be helpful to have "is empty" or "is not empty" for conditional sending in emails. For example, right now you can only say "If First Name IS ________" which makes this feature generally unusable for the most important default and custom fields.

Surely this is the most obvious way to use this feature... at the moment being able to only toggle visibility based on custom fields is so limiting... I can not even filter based on Job Title or Organisation without creating a whole new field?! Please add this to the development plan ASAP!
