Add an autosave action for Campaigns or a warning message, if you go to "Send" in campaigns. It should be the same like hitting Preview in funnels.

Autosave is a better solution, but if just a warning popup it should also appear for any other reason leaving the page unsaved. Especially, hitting the back button.
