Is there any way to have websites and funnels AUTOMATICALLY be fully responsive during the design process without constantly switching between desktop and mobile views and adjusting separately?

It is very frustrating to have to keep clicking back and forth just to make adjustments. I'm running into issues where text bleeds over, images overlap, and the desktop layout does not translate properly to mobile.

I would like the design to automatically adapt to different screen sizes without requiring separate edits for desktop and mobile. Is that possible?
