Add "Email Subject" field to the "email" button edit settings

The email option for the button only allows one to define the email address.
It would be great if we can define the email subject also, or at least have the email subject the same as the email being sent to clients.
Currently the subject is blank and so clients need to fill in the subject line, which leads to inconsistency if needing to search for all the responses.
