a feature suggestion that I believe would greatly improve the email experience within the platform.
Currently, there is no way to delete emails we no longer need, which means our inboxes can become quite overwhelming over time. To help manage this, it would be incredibly helpful to have some form of email organization system — such as the ability to tag, label, highlight, or folder specific emails.
The goal would be simple: being able to mark the emails that matter — whether for follow-up, reference, or record-keeping — so we can easily find them later without having to scroll through everything else to locate what we need.
Some ideas that could work well:
• A tagging or labeling system to categorize emails by type or priority
• Color-coded highlighting to visually flag important messages
• Custom folders to sort and store emails we want to return to
• A star or bookmark feature for quick-access emails
This kind of functionality would make a real difference for users managing high volumes of email communication through the platform.
