Allow shop pricing to be hidden and have a Request Quote button displayed during checkout from the e-commerce store. Upon submission, create an Estimate for approval by a staff member and allow it to trigger a workflow where pricing can be updated for individual products based on calculations done in the workflow.

We have a client who uses custom pricing markups based on their own custom shipping zones. They do not wish to show shipping as a separate item on the quote/invoice so it is included in the product price.
