In your app, products can be selected as physical, digital or service... not in the web app, why? Why have the option in the app AND on invoice product creation, but not in store product creation? Digital products do not require shipping, they require delivery options.
Currently, every product added to the cart from the store is treated like a physical product and charged shipping. I offer a mix of physical and digital products (as I am sure many others do as well!) so I need the shipping rates in place, but not for a customer who buys a digital product!
This fix seems that it could be as simple as a toggle button <Charge shipping fee? Y/N> in a software as complex as GHL. Come on guys, let's round out the things that are hindering our ability to make money.
