In your app, products can be selected as physical, digital or service... not in the web app, why? Why have the option in the app AND on invoice product creation, but not in store product creation? Digital products do not require shipping, they require delivery options.
Currently, every product added to the cart from the store is treated like a physical product and charged shipping. I offer a mix of physical and digital products (as I am sure many others do as well!) so I need the shipping rates in place, but not for a customer who buys a digital product!
This fix seems that it could be as simple as a toggle button <Charge shipping fee? Y/N> in a software as complex as GHL. Come on guys, let's round out the things that are hindering our ability to make money.
How many customers go to buy a digital product but then stop at checkout bc they see a shipping fee?

Sales & Marketing Where do we select it? I'm not getting the 3rd 'service' option?
I need an option for a physical purchase that DOES NOT ask for postage address, because people sometimes buy from me to collect at an event. It's quite common, with shops and events, buy to collect at a venue. People prefer not to put in a full address for these things. Using 'digital product' as a hack isn't great because I can't seem to turn off the email with a code to log in to get their download.

In 'Bulk Edit' also, where we might change a large number of variants at once, it fails to save if there's over 30 🤨 ... please increase! A common 'size' and 'colour' set of variants can make this number a whole lot bigger than 30. The one by one method is SO slow.
