This should be a basic feature. You can’t see notifications or information in the app. I managed to solve it, but at an extremely high cost—on top of the $500 monthly fee and the $500 app fee, I had to hire a development company to fix it. But this is not a real solution. It looks terrible, and it’s obvious that it’s a patched-together workaround.
