I use this feature in Shopify a lot. I have different layouts for products and I'm able to assign the layouts to each product I choose. I need this feature before I'd be able to move over from Shopify.

Yes! I use this in Squarespace too. And also for the products list. For example the pictures in the products list are defaulted to square when I prefer 4:3 images and the titles of the products are cut off in the products list and we can’t really change the fonts and sizes. We just need better design overall and customization of the products list, checkouts, carts, etc. look at flodesk, Shopify, Squarespace, etc.
