If someone places an order in the cart and then tries to charge their card and it doesn't go through the order remains "Pending". There should be an ability to delete "Pending" orders, or some sort of timer that will delete them if not processed within a specific time frame. My client had a customer try to process an order 4 different times and his card wouldn't charge. Most likely to insufficient funds, however in his ORDERS tab on the dashboard it shows each "order" separately under "Pending". There's currently no way to delete those.
