A support ticket should be created for DNS PTR (Reverse DNS) requests.

Currently, the only way we know it's been done is to do a reverse DNS lookup on the IP, which is time-consuming.
I suggest creating a ticket when we submit a PTR request so we are kept in the loop as to the following:
- PTR Request was received (with details on the request to confirm we gave you the correct info)
- DNS has been updated on your end.
