Workaround for document signing for contacts without email

Is there a way to build contracts/estimates that do not require recipient's email if they have a textable number?

Allow Signers on Contracts Who Don't Have an Email

We often use the contract tool to generate a contract that we manually print and send out. Most of our contacts do not have an email address associated with them when we generate the proposal.
We cannot add a signer to the proposal if they don't have an email address. We end up having to create a fake email address just so that we can add them to the proposal.
My guess is that the signing link is someone tied to their email address.
Possible fixes:
- Allow the contact to be added to the contract without an email, and enable the ability to mark the contract as sent without actually generating a signing link
- Use the contact ID as the unique character when generating the signing link, instead of the email address. That way an SMS could be sent for the contact to sign, instead of needing an email address in the first place.

Create Document without requiring contact email

A Document cannot be created without the client having an email address in system. Once the doc is created, GHL does give the option to send the Document via "copy link" to use SMS instead. But it won't let us create it unless we have their email, and often times we do not.
