One of the key reasons we use Go High Level is for the true whitelabel experience with our clients. However, there are still some areas where the branding leaks through:
In the Help Links inside subaccounts, when clicked, it shows “Lead Connect” in the page header.
If a client right-clicks and inspects the page under Sources, the GHL domain/address is clearly visible.
This defeats the purpose of a full white-label solution, because it makes it easy for clients to figure out that the platform isn’t proprietary. For agencies like ours, maintaining trust and professionalism with clients depends on having a completely white-labeled environment.
Request:
Please address these whitelabel gaps by:
Removing or masking “Lead Connect” references in help/documentation pages.
Hiding or replacing GHL identifiers in the platform code/sources with custom/whitelabel-safe values.
A true whitelabel experience means clients should never accidentally discover the underlying provider. Fixing this would greatly improve confidence and strengthen the value of GHL’s whitelabel offering.
