It would be great if there was a way to only show the current user's stats on a Dashboard. This would allow one Dashboard to serve multiple users to show their individual performance, rather than having to create a separate Dashboard for each user.
I can think of two ways to do this (both together would be best):
  1. A per-Dashboard setting called "Allow Assigned User Data only", which limits all widgets in that Dashboard to only display data from the current user. This is easier to use in many cases (a single toggle), but does not allow mixing individual and team stats in the same dashboard
  2. For widgets that support the User dropdown, add an option for "Current User", which only shows the current user's stats. This is more complex to use (each widget needs to be set to Current User), but allows mixing both team and individual widgets in the same Dashboard.
Attached is an example of what the Current User option could look like.
By "Current User", I mean that the dashboard will only display data that is assigned to the user that is viewing it. This means you could build the Dashboard once, and every user who uses it will only see their own individual performance data.
