I would like it if opportunities within the pipeline could be moved from stage to stage in an automated way based on the context of the conversation. For example, if a person in the chat or the AI Bot itself says “Great, your appointment has been scheduled” the Lead automatically goes to the “Scheduled Appointment” column and so on with all the stages. It's a headache for those of us who receive 100 daily leads, to have to be updating CRM manually. Many other CRMs already offer that option.
