Having the ability to display a team widget for sales would be fantastic. One bar graph where each sales rep is their own bar, and the length is their revenue. Even the ability to display other metrics in their bar like close rate, deals won, and more. Looking for a much more comprehensive dashboard solution that can display granular sales data like contact rates, what message the lead responded to, how many touchpoints it takes on average to make contact, time of day people respond (heatmap), day of week people respond (heatmap), etc. Having Goals shown would also be super helpful for businesses to track their performance to goal percentages.

Hi Tyler Pozun, thanks for putting this together. It paints a clear picture of what a sales team dashboard should look like.
Good news on the first part: the per-rep revenue bar chart is possible today. Add the "Won opportunity value" widget, switch the chart type to horizontal bar, and group by Assigned user. Each rep gets their own bar, sized by the value of the deals they've won. Do the same with "Won opportunities" to see deals won per rep.
One quick question: by revenue, do you mean the deal value on won opportunities, or actual payments collected? The widget above uses deal value, so let us know if you need payments instead.
The rest of your list isn't available yet: close rate by rep, several metrics in one bar, contact rates, which message a lead responded to, touchpoints to contact, response-time heatmaps, and goal tracking. These are all useful, but they're quite different pieces of work. To help us size them properly, could you create separate posts for Goals and for response heatmaps (time of day and day of week)? That way others can vote on exactly the part they need.
