Idea: Allow smart lists to be used in automations and dashboards for enhanced functionality.
Use Case:
  1. Dashboards: I want to use smart lists as filters on dashboards. The current dashboard filters aren’t robust enough to track what I need. Smart lists offer more granular filtering, and integrating them with dashboards would give me better insights into specific groups of contacts that are important for various reasons.
  2. Automations: I want the ability to trigger specific automations when someone is part of a smart list. For example, if a contact matches the criteria of a smart list, I’d like certain workflows or actions to automatically activate—similar to how tags work in workflows. This would be especially useful for segmenting and managing contacts based on dynamic conditions.
Why This Matters:
Smart lists are already incredibly powerful for organizing and segmenting contacts. By integrating them with automations and dashboards, we can:
-Automate actions for dynamic groups of contacts.
-Gain deeper insights into contact behavior or status through improved dashboard tracking.
-Save time and reduce manual work by leveraging existing smart list logic across multiple features.
This enhancement would make smart lists even more impactful for workflows and reporting.
