Global Sub-Account Notes & Tasks (Internal Wiki & Admin SOPs)

Currently, notes and tasks in GoHighLevel are strictly tied to specific
Contacts
or Opportunities
. There is no centralized space to store general information, configuration instructions, or administrative tasks that apply to the sub-account as a whole.I am proposing a
Global Notes & Tasks module
at the sub-account level. This would serve as an internal "Command Center" for the team, independent of the CRM contact list.###
Key Features
*
Account-Level Notes (Internal Wiki):
A dedicated section to store SOPs, general account instructions, or technical documentation.*
Global Task Management:
The ability to create tasks related to account maintenance (e.g., "Update Domain DNS," "Monthly Workflow Audit") rather than individual leads.*
Snapshot Instructions:
When a Snapshot is deployed, it could include pre-loaded Global Notes. This allows Snapshot creators to provide step-by-step setup guides directly within the platform.*
User Permissions & Access Control:
* Granular permissions to control who can view, create, edit, or delete global notes/tasks.
* Toggle visibility settings (e.g., "Admin Only" notes vs. "Team-wide" notes).
###
Why this is important
*
Enhanced Onboarding:
Agency owners can deliver "Turn-key" sub-accounts where the client finds all setup instructions inside a "Start Here" global note.*
Team Collaboration:
Eliminates the need for external tools (Notion, Slack, or Google Docs) to store account-specific details or credentials.*
Operational Efficiency:
Centralizes maintenance tasks that are currently "lost" because they don't belong to a specific contact.###
Use Case Example
A Snapshot creator includes a "Global Note" with a video link on how to configure the funnels included in that snapshot. They also include a "Global Task List" for the new user to complete their API integrations.
