Right now, the dashboard in GoHighLevel only reports on the number of opportunities currently in each stage of a pipeline. That works for some businesses, but in industries like real estate (where I operate), it misses critical data. For example, I have a stage called "Offer Submitted" — once that offer is accepted or declined, we move the deal out of that stage. But the dashboard stops showing that it was ever in that stage, which completely erases historical insights.
Funnel metrics don’t solve this either, because not every lead follows the full stage progression. Some skip stages entirely — say, a cold lead is moved straight to “Dead Leads,” the funnel treats it as if it passed through every stage before it, which is inaccurate.
What I’m asking for is something similar to the “opportunity count over time” metric with a historical memory of all opportunities that has specifically entered that stage — something like a toggle or view option that tracks how many opportunities have ever entered (and exited) each stage, regardless of where they are now. Not just who’s there currently.
This would massively reduce the need for complex custom workflows and Google Sheets tracking just to answer a basic question: “How many deals have we submitted offers on this month?”
