Display Custom Objects in Pages/Funnels

It would be great if pages & funnels could access Custom Objects and display them on the page, probably as a gallery. In our case, we're going to be showing properties. We'll have a featured image that we'd want to be displayed in a gallery, with some basic information from the custom object. Then the user can click that item to see the full details about that custom object (property).

For real estate specifically, this already works today via a Marketplace app – full disclosure: I built it, so take this with that in mind.
Work247 creates a “Properties” custom object (150+ fields) in the sub-account and renders the records on your site as widgets:
Gallery, list, map or carousel views with filters (type, buy/rent, price, status) and pagination
An SEO detail page per property via slug (e.g. /property/modern-family-home-…)
Inquiry forms on the detail page create/update the contact, link it to the property record and fire a workflow trigger
Fields like “publish on website” / “hide on website” control what shows, so you can publish or unpublish from the CRM or a workflow
Works on GHL websites/funnels (HTML embed), AI Studio sites (prompt) and WordPress (plugin)
Listings can be entered manually or imported (MLS/IDX via RESO Web API for US/Canada, OpenImmo/Kyero for Europe)
It doesn’t solve the generic case (jobs, directories, events) – for that we still need this feature natively, so I’ve upvoted it. But if your use case is property listings, @Todd Heitner and @Zill Syed, it might save you the workaround:

This would be extremely valuable if HighLevel allowed Custom Object records to act as dynamic data sources for Websites and Funnels.
Real estate is a perfect example.
We can already create a Property Custom Object with fields such as:
- Property Name
- Address
- MLS Number
- Listing Status
- Price
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms
- Area
- Description
- Primary Image / Image URL
- Gallery URL
- Booking Link
- Allow Website Display
What’s missing is the ability to use those records directly on the website.
Ideally, HighLevel should support:
- Dynamic variables from Custom Object fields inside text, images, buttons, links, etc.
- Repeater/grid elements that can display multiple Custom Object records
- Filters such as:
- Listing Status = Active
- Allow Website Display = Yes
- Sorting and pagination
- A reusable detail-page template that loads a specific Custom Object record by ID, slug, or URL parameter
- Dynamic image/gallery rendering
- Forms that automatically attach the current Custom Object record ID to the submission
- Conditional visibility based on Custom Object values
- Workflow actions to publish, update, hide, or unpublish a record from the website when its status changes
For example:
Property Custom Object → Listing Grid → Property Detail Template → Book a Showing / Request Info → CRM workflow
This would make Custom Objects much more powerful and would apply far beyond real estate: vehicles, jobs, rentals, staff directories, medical services, equipment, menus, service catalogs, events, and more.
It would essentially let HighLevel use Custom Objects as a true CMS/data layer instead of requiring us to duplicate the same data into Custom Values, Products, WordPress, or external systems.

I want to use custom object data to build job listing site;
- Job listing overview with job data
- Individual dynamic pages showing the data for each job on a "single job" template.
Ideally in AI studio.
Would prefer if I could use it for real estate or classified ads site too. Like Crocoblock + Jetengine.

Access to the objects values of objects like a custom values to use in a job board displaying the different jobs as created in objects and to assign these jobs to applicants as they apply for the job on the job board and then further automations as needed e.g. auto send emails as they progress through the hiring pipelines.
