The ability to put a higher value on which employee gets a lead over another based on the weight you put on it. IE, if the lead is a website lead, team/employee A gets assigned it over employee/team B.

Also waterfall where it gets assigned to specific users based on certain criteria. IE: if the user is licensed in a specific state over another and, they are available or tagged a certain way.
