View Conversation in CRM and View Opportunities related to Contacts in the Contacts tap

I would love to see the conversation directly in the CRM without having to go to the conversation or contact tap.
I’m constantly changing taps to be able to see the opportunity and contact information while chatting with the person. Example: Pipedrive you can go to the opportunity and see the conversation notes and everything in order. Another thing is the priority on opportunities the one that has a task or something pending should go on top.

Completely agree. This is a normally standard CRM function with competitors.
