Users often complain about the software being low, so why not add a realtime status minitor on the corner of the screen so that they do not reach out to the support more often, instead check the status for themselves,

This could be helpful, at least on the SaaS/Agency level. Depending on how often the statuses would be not-so-good vs good though it may be wise to hold on rolling this out in SaaS sub-accounts
