Although there is a manual option available for time zone assignment it would just make sense to have a way for new inbound leads to have a automated system for assigning time zone. Cuts down on time and user error.

This is pretty essential and obvious.

Could a solution be to set the timezone by the zipcode of the contact or the assigned rep? Perhaps that parameter could set the priority in the assigned rep profile as a tele-rep may work across time zones and some operations default to everything being out of the rep's timezone.
