Daily summary of tasks sent to team members. Ideally via SMS and Email. Given they have to update the task in GHL, a simple reminder that says "You have 3 tasks due today and 1 task now overdue. Click here to view the exact tasks" (and then there is a link that opens GHL (or our whitelabel login of course)Additional bonus extra would be an option to set a trigger PHONE CALL for individual tasks. So when setting the task, set a reminder that sends a notification via a PHONE CALL that says "You have a task to call 'insert name'. Press 1 to connect' And then they press 1 and ring the person.This is for clients with multiple team members.

Can these emails be sent from the Sub-Account's name and default email address (or designated address) and NOT the Agency's name/email address?
User's of Sub-accounts don't know the Agency name and it's confusing.

When is this update expected? Will it be possible to display the color of the tasks that are about to expire (yellow) and already expired (red) also in the pipelines?

How can I get our task notification reminders to notify me in slack or in GHL? Is this possible? I tried lead connector with no luck.

Angie Laracuente: you can setup an automation that will send a message to Slack when a new task is created. This one is pretty easy

also, we should be able to trigger the task reminder in the workflow by setting a number of hours/minutes, currently it work only with number of days which is not effective
